Its been years that I’ve had this domain name and it was just parked all that time, doing nothing. So finally I got around to at least putting something up. Certainly its not much to look at, but at least its not just sitting there doing nothing but cost me money.
 The Boy Scouts of America have these merit badges for completing various things. To get them you fill out a card and the scout keeps the blue part and turns in the rest. Hence the term “Blue Merit Cards”. So now you know why the site is named as it is.
I was in the scouts when I was a child, and really only remember a few things about it. There was the Pine care derby, I remember that. Plus a speech or two I had to give about Abraham Lincoln in front of all the parents. But that’s about it.
